Vice Admiral Ajay Kochhar said in Delhi that the Indian Navy is pursuing development across air, underwater, artificial intelligence and quantum technology to become a multi-domain network force. He said the service is aiming not only to adopt new tools, but also to build stronger operational capabilities.
