Gurugram’s Department of Town and Country Planning told the Punjab and Haryana High Court that more than 60% of 15,447 stilt-plus-four-floor building plans in licensed colonies were approved before July 2, 2024. The department said the petitioner’s 30,000-plan claim was wrong.
