Noida’s district consumer commission ordered Star Health and Allied Insurance to settle a Rs 1.2 lakh mediclaim pending for four years. The panel also directed 6% interest from the March 2023 complaint date and Rs 5,000 in litigation costs, to be paid within 30 days.
