Delhi’s Shri Keshav Ramlila Committee will burn a 30-foot cockroach effigy alongside Ravana, Kumbhakarna and Meghnad during Dussehra celebrations. The insect is meant to symbolise filth and unhygienic conditions, adding a new element to the traditional effigy burning in Delhi.
