US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the proposed US-India trade deal is close to finalisation as Washington works to conclude negotiations with New Delhi. Rubio, who is in Uzbekistan, is scheduled to visit Mumbai on Tuesday to meet External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar before travelling to Jamnagar later this week.
