A Ukrainian man identified as Serhii K went on trial in Germany over the Nord Stream pipeline explosions. Prosecutors accuse him of involvement in a plot to destroy the Russia-to-Germany gas pipelines. The case is expected to run into February and could test Berlin’s stance on Ukraine.
