The Delhi High Court refused to stop the Cockroach Janta Party from protesting at Connaught Place’s Central Park on Friday, while Mumbai police granted the party permission for its ‘Lehra Do Tiranga’ rally at Azad Maidan the same day. Police in Delhi said they would take steps to regulate the gathering.
