Ukraine struck a Russian oil refinery in the Ryazan region on Thursday, ending a brief pause in attacks on energy targets. The drone strike sparked a fire at the site about 300 kilometers southeast of Moscow, according to Russian defence officials and Ryazan governor Pavel Malkov.
