Mumbai's civic body issued a show-cause notice on October 5 to the Larsen & Toubro-Hindustan Construction Company joint venture working on Packages B, C and D of the Mumbai Coastal Road project. The notice concerns unauthorised material used for reclamation work in Mumbai.
