Dehradun officials formed a nine-member Special Investigation Team on October 16 to examine Women and Child Development Minister Rekha Arya’s allegations against her husband, Girdhari Lal Sahu. The complaint includes physical assault, harassment, caste-based slurs and death threats. Superintendent of Police (Rural) Jaya Baloni will lead the probe.
