Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said in Guwahati on Monday that he was ready to contest elections using ballot papers if Congress governments in Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana resigned. He also challenged Rahul Gandhi to seek those resignations, amid the row over electoral roll revision and alleged vote chori.
