Former Chief Justice of India B R Gavai launched two Marathi books, Smart Nagarik and Vidyarthi Prerana, in Mumbai on Friday. The books are aimed at promoting constitutional awareness among Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation school students. Gavai said the Constitution, based on liberty, equality and fraternity, had kept India united for 76 years.
