Mumbai Police detained around 400 people, including members of an organisation led by activist Tushar Gandhi and supporters of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), for protesting at August Kranti Maidan in solidarity with the Cockroach Janata Party’s (CJP) demonstration in New Delhi, officials said on Saturday.
