Delhi Police detained CJP activists Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and Ajinkya Shinde after they tried to hoist the national flag at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. Their lawyers were denied access while they remained in detention, and Abhijeet Dipke alleged that police violated legal procedures during the arrest.
