Refineries in India, Turkiye and Brunei shipped oil products worth 1 billion euros, or $1.2 billion, to sanctioning countries in September, a 43% rise from August. Reliance Industries’ Jamnagar refinery in Gujarat supplied six of the shipments while processing Russian crude despite EU bans.
