President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine’s military has still not regained full access to Starlink after the United States limited it. He called the move a dangerous and unpleasant surprise. Zelenskyy raised the issue while meeting European leaders in Brussels and sought another €70bn for next year’s defence funding.
