STAFF REPORTER GUWAHATI: Concerned citizens have urged the Assam government to direct the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) to enforce stricter waste-management measures at Durga Puja and Kali Puja pandals, including mandatory segregation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste.
