Delhi Police detained Cockroach Janta Party leader Abhijeet Dipke and AISA chief Neha Bora in the capital as they travelled to the Lehra Do Tiranga protest. Former West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee criticised the detention, calling it an undeclared Emergency and saying Dipke was held for carrying the Indian flag.
