The Ministry of Home Affairs sent three letters to the Punjab Chief Secretary on Friday seeking detailed reports on alleged drug-related deaths and killings in Mansa, Gurdaspur and Sangrur. The request names Parvinder Singh Jhota, Bikramjit Singh and Gulzar Singh.
