External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar said stability along the Line of Actual Control is essential for normalising India-China relations. Speaking at the Bloomberg New Economy Forum on Tuesday evening, he warned that border disruptions would affect bilateral ties and said trade and investment can grow only with peace in border areas.
