Election Commission data dated October 14 shows 5.5 lakh notices from the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri are still awaiting final publication. The three districts generated 38.9 lakh notices in all, and 33.4 lakh have been parked for final publication.
