Fourteen devotees were killed when a truck crashed into people waiting near a temple in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the deaths on Sunday and announced Rs 2 lakh in ex gratia compensation for each deceased person's next of kin.
