The Enforcement Directorate has summoned former Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan to appear at its Kochi office on October 23 in the CMRL bribery case. The agency is probing the matter under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act after taking cognisance of a state police FIR.
