Kerala excise officials in Kochi registered cases against the licensees and managers of three bars for allegedly serving liquor to 19-year-old Suhail Sajeev, who was driving the car involved in the Nedumbassery crash that killed three youngsters on Sunday. The bars are in Kadavanthra, Palarivattom and Nedumbassery.
