Australia’s competition watchdog has filed civil proceedings in the Federal Court against Sunny Queen and 11 other egg producers, alleging they coordinated production and distribution for at least six years to manipulate the market. The ACCC says the alleged conduct involved some of the country’s biggest suppliers.
