Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, speaking in Chennai on Saturday, accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of destroying India’s democracy and said he would “pay for the crimes” committed against the country. Gandhi also told students they had nothing to fear and said his side would defeat Modi, Amit Shah, Mohan Bhagwat and Ajit Doval.
