Chief Justice of India Surya Kant declined to meet Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge in New Delhi on Monday over alleged vote chori, electoral irregularities and the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. The leaders had sought time to submit a memorandum; the issues are already pending before the Supreme Court.
