The Supreme Court-appointed High Powered Enquiry Committee opened an online portal to receive complaints and representations over violence at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar and other places outside the capital in July 2026. The portal allows affected people, including police personnel, to submit information while protecting vulnerable witnesses and confidentiality.
